Those people who have sleep disorders usually complain of trouble in falling asleep and getting good sleep.
Not much has been said about those on the others side of the coin. Some people are the opposite. They sleep too much…
There are some people that sleep up to 14 hours a “night” and hit the snooze button for HOURS.
To reduce the length of time of sleep, one must improve the quality of his sleep. You can do that by getting rid of some bad habits.
Know that improving the quality of sleep is just one part.
If you sleep too much and have to drag yourself out of bed in the morning, you’ve got more than bad sleeping habits.
As you know, when you wake up you’re not completely in control of your thoughts and your actions. At this stage your subconscious is more dominant.
You may have some emotional issues which are suppressed in your subconscious.
Oversleeping can obviously CAUSE problems. When you wake up after oversleeping, you would feel bad that you didn’t wake up on time and feel tired, and these aren’t doing you any good.
Correct this by setting your sleep system back in order, which is by going to sleep and waking up at the same time daily.
Do this for at least 3 weeks.
But if you don’t wake up on time, then you should focus on self-discipline first.
Most people will wake up on time every morning, no matter the quality or quantity of sleep.
Don’t beat yourself up when you fail. Instead, try to think what went wrong. Try to remember your actions and your thoughts at that morning. Then make a plan for tomorrow.
If you don’t remember anything, you could try going to sleep earlier or setting your alarm for later time.
You should dig inside yourself to find the reason why you oversleep. The question is simply: what are you running away from?
There is no better substitute for traditional cigarettes than an ecig!
